Planning assignment 1

Managed to avoid running out the door with my camera and hoping I'll come across subjects that I can use for my assignment.

Instead, I have been thinking about how I could approach it which has raised lots of questions which has in turn meant me thinking harder about what I'm going to do.

The first question that came to mind was whether or not I should photograph the same subjects for each pair eg a wide street and a narrow street. I then thought about location and how I would set about photographing all 8 pairs - focus on 1 pair at a time; look for examples of all in each location.

The other question I asked myself was how I would know how well the pairs would work to together; I am thinking that will be best judged when each pair is viewed side-by-sde so it will make sense to take several example of each contrast and then see which pairs work best together.

I am not sure what will work but Im going to try and see if I can get as many examples of each contrast as I can when Im out and then select the ones that are the best contrasts. Im not going to select my 8 pairs now - I think Ill take a list with me and see what opportunities present themselves.
